StorageDefender Purchased product warranty

Thank you for your interest in purchasing StorageDefender products and services.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from StorageDefender (the “Physical Goods”).



What does this limited warranty cover? 

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, StorageDefender Inc. will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.



What will we do to correct problems? 

StorageDefender Inc. will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or providing a new or refurbished product of equivalent value and performance.



How long does the coverage last? 

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from StorageDefender Inc. is one year (365 days)  from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or one year (365 days) from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.



What does this limited warranty not cover? 

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, theft, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.  This limited warranty does not apply for devices or services that are rented or paid for by way of a monthly or annual subscription.



What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.  Should the product need to be shipped back to StorageDefender inc. for repair or replacement, a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) will be required.  There might also be nominal fees for shipping or handling.



How does this Warranty related to my facility agreement?

This warranty is supplemental to the StorageDefender Smart Messaging Facility Agreement for the purchase of physical goods only.  If there are any questions or ambiguity between agreements, the Smart Messaging Facility Agreement, along with its terms and conditions, supersedes this limited warranty.
