Brook Bland is a recent University of North Texas graduate and a Marketing Specialist at StorageDefender. You’ve probably seen her work across all of our social media platforms, in our blogs, and in our monthly newsletters! When asked why she is excited about this series, Brook replied, “I’m excited for people within the industry to get to know us better as both a company and as individuals. We really do have an amazing, supportive, and hilarious team and I would love to show that side of our business more.” 

During her free time, Brook enjoys doing anything and all things creative. Whether it’s drawing, painting, journaling, or crocheting, Brook values spending time creating pieces of art.

Efrain Fernandez is the Customer Success Account Manager at StorageDefender and a senior marketing student at the University of North Texas. When asked why he is looking forward to Defender Unplugged, Efrain responded, “I’m excited to be a part of Defender Unplugged because I want to learn more about the self-storage industry and share it with others. My favorite part of my job is that every day I’m doing something new. I get to interact with different people across the nation and assist them as they grow with StorageDefender.”

Outside of work, Efrain enjoys taking care of his 14 plants and spending time outdoors. He enjoys activities such as hiking, playing soccer, and working out. Most of all, Efrain values spending his free time with his family and friends.
